ODSE is governed by four distinguished board members and has a team responsible for coordination, program management, communication, training, finance, and administration. The team is made up of neutral, impartial, and independent professionals who facilitate neutral and transparent decision-making.
Abdullahi Bulama
Director
Abdullahi Bulama has held various positions in the field of research, planning, monitoring and evaluation for over 12 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics and Information Systems Management from Arden University, Coventry, MBA specializing in finance and investment from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and holds several other degrees and diplomas in economics, mathematics, and monitoring and evaluation. He is a certified Project Management Professional and has taken courses in strategic management.
Dr. Anisa Kabir, PhD
Co-founder & Head of Coordination
Dr. Anisa Kabir is responsible for coordinating all ODSE programmes. She holds a PhD in Sustainability from the University of Salford, Manchester, and specializes in sustainable development. Among her interests, is the intersection between project management, research, monitoring and evaluation, and their contribution to sustainable development. She has over 12 years’ experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. She is responsible for overseeing the management of all ODSE activities.
